Excellent Hotel, Will Return!

The breakfast had many choices, including hot items! The location was amazing, I could walk everywhere. I also liked that there was coffee available at the lobby. It was a great way to start my mornings there.
It made me wait longer. This was a minor issue.

My room included a comfortable bed and a practical kitchenette. This was great. I enjoyed that there was a separate living area with a sofa. The room had enough space for luggage and clothes. It made it easy to unpack and organize.

The front desk staff was very helpful. I needed directions and they assisted me. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked. They made sure every guest was attended to. It was good to see them so attentive.

I found many attractions near the hotel, including shops. There were subway stations within a short walk. This was super convenient. Times Square was also easily accessible. It allowed me to see Broadway shows with ease.

The fitness center had modern equipment. I could continue my exercise routine. The breakfast area had many seats and tables. This ensured everyone had space. Free coffee was available, a very appreciated addition, I tell ya!

I was frustrated with a few things . I wasted so much time waiting. also, the breakfast area was way too crowded. it was nearly impossible to find a seat, and it made starting the day a real hassle.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. coffee was available all day , which i appreciated. the location was convenient , near broadway theaters and times square. the room had a functional kitchenette with a big refrigerator.

the breakfast had awesome food options. staff provided prompt services. the hotel inside was good. i found these aspects quite charming.
there were homeless people constantly outside the next door store. passing through them with family was inconvenient. i also noticed cleanliness needs improvement. the surrounding environment was not ideal.
